DzikirKu is a personal dhikr and prayer companion app. We respect your privacy and keep the app as simple as possible. This page explains what data is used and how.
1. Data We Use
DzikirKu does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or phone number from inside the app.
The app uses the following data on your device:
- Approximate Location – used to calculate Qibla direction and local prayer times.
- Notifications – used to schedule local reminders for morning, evening, or night dhikr.
- Local Preferences – such as language, vibration, sound, and tasbih count, stored only on your device using system storage.
2. How Data Is Processed
- Location is requested only when needed for Qibla and prayer times, and is processed on your device.
- Reminder schedules are stored locally and delivered by the iOS notification system.
- We do not build user profiles and do not track you across apps or websites.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share personally identifiable information with third parties.
Standard iOS system services (such as Apple Maps, notification delivery, or the App Store itself) may process limited technical data as part of normal platform behavior.
4. Analytics and Advertising
DzikirKu does not include third‑party analytics SDKs and does not display third‑party ads.
5. Your Choices
- You can change Location and Notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
- You can disable reminders or vibration from within the app settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes local data stored by DzikirKu on your device.
